> A temporary 6 month Consultancy Assignment in Coordinating a Public
> Relations Campaign for the Universal Entrance Exams Project. The PR
> Coordination Consultant will work with American Councils and the
> National Center for Assessment of to develop and execute a Public
> Relations Campaign for standardized university entrance exams for the
> spring of 2006. The campaign will include working with professionals in
> creating printed material, video clips and radio announcements regarding

> * Fluent English
> * Ukrainian - English translation (written and verbal)
> * Bachelor's degree
> * Public speaking
> * PR experience
> * Strong written and oral communication skills (English,
> Ukrainian)
> * An understanding of the role standardized exams play in
> transparency of the application process a plus
